I'm not a fan of romantic comedies, but I've got to say this was actually really good! It was sharp, funny, well balanced and the cinematography was also on point. It was putting on a clinic to show how these movies should be made. Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper turn in stellar top notch performances playing our psychologically troubled leads and believe it or not, Robert De Niro makes a return to form! Even Chris Tucker is good in this! Hollywood needs to take this movie, hermetically seal it in a plexiglass case and put it on display to show everyone how to do a romantic comedy. Quirky laughs, real romance and a truly unique, captivating story set this movie apart from the rest. Silver Linings Playbook put in the work and truly EARNED a 4.5... out of 5!
