I saw LAWLESS yesterday. This was the most bipolar movie I've seen in a while. It's like a Frankenstein monster made of O' Brother Where Art Thou and Public Enemies. The story is good natured and funny until seemingly out of nowhere it's punctuated by moments of EXTREME violence where characters will be brutally killed but then out of nowhere, the movie seems to come back to its good natured senses and continues the story, in some cases, forgetting that it's killed certain characters. Quite weird but still an ok film with a decent performance by Shia LaBeouf. LAWLESS gets 2.5 WTFs... out of 5.
