I saw THE WOLVERINE the other day. Let me tell you right off the bat that this movie is 10 times better than that Origins piece of garbage. I know that's not saying much considering how bad the last movie was but let me tell you its actually alright! This movie has an interesting plot, brutal action and a performance by Hugh Jackman that really sells how mentally taxing it is to be a guy like Wolverine. This movie is not without its faults however; there are some elements of the plot that are somewhat confusing and it does seem to drag more often than it should with a lot of the character exposition. Also, the 3D wasn't brightness corrected and for the most part its completely unnecessary. On the whole I'd say that The Wolverine is a decent movie and though it has some sticky parts, you will enjoy it the most as a Redbox rental on your big screen TV. The Wolverine gets a 3...out of 5.
